Wuhan Feite Electric Co., Ltd Vacuum Interrupter Passed Type Test In STL Lab Member CPRI

Recently, the 12KV, 1250A,26.3KA vacuum interrupter designed and developed by Wuhan Feite Electric Co., Ltd. with the foreign customer's indoor circuit breaker has successfully passed the laboratory test in CPRI (CENTRAL POWER RESEARCH INSTITUTE), a member of STL.

   The C2 basic short circuit test duties (T60, T100s, T100a, T30 and T10) was carried out on the circuit breakers at 26.3kA in the CPRI laboratory according to Clause No. 7.107 of IEC 62271-100:2021 & Clause No. 7.101 of IEC 62271-200:2021 standards. The experimental items were all passed in one pass.

    After passing the above test, special requirements for making and breaking tests on class E2 circuit breakers @ 26.3KA with number of operating sequences was conducted as per Clause no. 7.112 of IEC 62271-100:2017 & Clause No. 7.101 of IEC 62271-200:2021. Tests continued after C2 test without any maintenance. And the test was successfully passed once. The test report shows that all the performance indexes of Wuhan Feite vacuum interrupter are up to the international standard and fully meet the technical requirements of  IEC 62271.
