Feite is my milestone

Since I have been into Wuhan Feite Electric for over 3 years,here,I have broken through myself,he is my life transition.At here,I begin our new life.

As I remember my first time to attend Feite interview,there is an amiable older talk with me,at beginning,interview should be nervous and serious,but the older talk life and dream with me,finally I sweep through it easily.Finally I know the older is our president-Mr Zhang.But now think I have some afraid of it.A president don’t have any shelf,he is very close to civilian,it is a not easy thing.

My first time to enter our plant,the completed vacuum interrupter is ordered placed in the warehouse.The figure is white and chubby,I like it at my first glance..There is a good beginning,my internship is full of happy,during my intership time,I learn the producing process,I feel our products are so huge,I am pride of it.

Ending my intership term,I go to work asap,I encourage myself to do an excellent staff.Because before I have just done overseas trade,I don’t know nothing about domestic sales,and even contradict it.But it is the company rule,and I think even I came,just give myself to challenge it.Under the leading of our Manager Ding,I begin my work journey.

 Business depends on visiting,this is the famous pearls of wisdomin our industry.At the beginning,listen to the leader,visiting customer is my magic weapon.Nomatter where need me,I will go.When I don’t understand the speaking art,don’t understand communication,don’t understand negotiation,smile is my sword,insist is my power.Finally nearly half a year,I have got huge harvest.

 At the same time,overseas business have performance,after communicate with customers,negotiate,visit factory,I get the trail order from my customer.But the most important thing is I broke through myself ,recognition myself,prove myself.This is my precious value in my future life.

 I feel life should full with challenge,you must challenge it.Thanks for Feite give me this stage,let me show myself,encounter myself.Very appreciate Feite colleague teach me.Wish under the Feite leading,I will grow up and develop better.
