The Story Of Me And “Feite”

I always remember the golden October,it was a day full of sunshine.It was the first day I stepped in “great”which was the former of “feite”and was under construction.On that time,“great”was not as excellent as we imaged,we started from zero,it had only two desks、two telephones、two chair and one unassembled computer.I started to learn assemble the computer and use the fax machine.My new life started from that day,and I never thought my whole life was changed with the “great”.
Over the next one year,we began the business staff in an office.Although only one employee,the office was full of ring of telephone and fax machine,we signed a lot of contracts which cover all over the China.It was not boring to talk with clients in the telephone every day.At that time,it was luxury to send email.If the internet didn’t work,I need to dial-up the Internet with phone lines,I cannot forget the voice dialing of “zizizi”.All the documents were written by hand in advance,and then dialed the number to send,and cut the internet after finshing.At the year of SARS era,the office buliding almost became a no man's land,the passageway was full the smell of disinfectants and smell of all brands of the instant noodles. Until now,I never went closely to the instant noodles area in supermaket.
Because of several years experience of trading,we had a good starting for our factory openning.we rent the plant,bought the parts,produced and sold the products.we became more and more professional. In the period of “great”,we did all what we should do,tested the products carefully and repeatedly.In order to delivery on time,the workers including Mr Liu xiaoqiang and his wife Hu zhihua who still worked in the “feite” to work overtime actively.Once the quality problem happened,the technical engineer Mr Hu cannot take any food until the problem was solved out.No dining hall,the workers cooked the food by themselves;plant and dormitory was broken,we fixed it by ourselves;equipment didn’t work,we repaired it;no car,we rode the bike .
Much later,products upgrading,We set up the main production line for “vacuum interrupter”,and “Great” became “Victory”Officially in WuXi city.We produced our first batch of vacuum interrupters in WuXi,we had no advantage of the brand and price,we should take the products to promote all over the China.Maybe you cannot image and it’s the truth that all the orders were with the payment of cash or TT before delivery.There were only three person to bear all the works,they worked form 7am to 7pm.In the morning,I dialed the customers telephone number one by one to promote our products.In the noontime,I called the supplier to push the parts.In the afternoon,I collected and categorized the reports and paper. I was refused and abused because I made a lot of the sales call.So that ,when I received the sales call,I remined of me in the past,I cannot cut off the phone ruthlessly.
I had to say that Wuxi was the key origin for us,products were developed from nothing and from less to more.The quantity of the machines increased one by one,the production ability got stronger and stronger.Because of the good quality and fast delivery,and the energetic spirit of the staffs,Even we didnt have brand advantage,but we were selected in to the good supplier list of Baoguang group、Copper America,Xi’An Senyuan,Jinzhou Switch Group and so on.Many clients cooperated with us at that time and until now.
Certainly,We also had many cautious and conscientious staffs who worked in the company until now.For example,Liu Fei and Wang Chunfeng joined in the company at their 20’s,they played a important role in the sales department now，and they have their own house and car and have two children.The master worker Mr Lu Yichun have been in charge of the surface treatment department for many years.When he just joined in Feite,his daughter was a child,but now his daughter is graduated from college,and they settled down Wuhan city.Mr Liu Xiangdong is also a old master worker,who work hard and have worked in brazing department for more than ten years.
Wuhan city government went to WuXi city for attracting investments in 2006,and provided the preferential policies to feite ,required feite company to invest in Wuhan city.In order to cooperate with the rise of central China and for the needs of the development,Feite decided to invest and develop vacuum interrupter in Wuhan city Caidian district. At the same year,the production base and project construction were finished,The feite electric group wuhan factory formally completed.
At the beginning in Wuhan,the conditions were still hard,there were no dormitory and no canteen,the factory layout was not finished.But the customers need the goods urgently,how to do? Pulled the isolation belt,completed the testing of the products,after preparing the qualified products,packed and arranged the delivery in the present workshop 1.After busy work,we cooked the food by ourselves,and enjoyed the food happily.At night,we slept on the simple beds,but still slept very well.We were supported by the the Victory of the cohesive force,same like the passion of the communist party worked for the revolution.
NO pains，no gains.In more than ten years that we stayed in Wuhan,the products demands exceeds the supply everyday.The vacuum welding furnace increased from one set to a long line(N sets),sales volume increases from tens of thousands of to Hundreds of thousands of.The sales turnover was from millions to hundreds of millions RMB.Our company was voted as outstanding enterprises, innovative enterprises, large taxpayer, Credit enterprise, national high and new technology enterprise, Wuhan famous brand , hubei province famous trademark, and the customers awarded us the outstanding suppliers, etc.
All the achievement belongs to the managerments’wise decision and all the workers’s great efforts.Did the needful for the urgent customers,sometimes the workers kept work at the midnight to send the goods to customers’address.No matter whatever quality problem and whenever,as long as we received a complaint call,the engnieers started off immediately.If the goods cannot delivery on time,the workers can work overtime for several monthes voluntarily and didnt take a break until the goods was deliveried on time.
Today’s Feite not only has the professional production plants 16000M2, ,the standard dormitory 3500M2 with all the utensil, the modern staff canteen,but also bought one layer of the Wanda plaza 5A grade office building in the city center as the international trade department.Products didn’t only include the vacuum interrupters but also have embedded poles,solding and bellows and hadrelated standard and professional plants and equipments.The soft coating technology and the embedded technology had been approved by the international company when they were on-site inspection.All of our products and matched vacuum circuit breaker have been hot sold in domestic market and have been exported to South east Asia, Europe, America, Russia, South Korea and Japan,total is about 19 countries.Our Feite brand logo has been showed on the every important international electrial exhibition,Wherever the electricity needs to be used, there will be the "Feite" brand in the future.
I had undergone many changes in my life during the first half of my worklife , from a freshman who cannot send the fax and wasn’t familiar with computer to a manager who can in charge of the human resources department and supply department.Working made me grow up,the customers made me mature. It should be said that my whole youth was with "Feite",my important life stage that bought a house, got married, had children,all was done under the witness of "Feite" .And I look forward to see "Feite" to get more stronger in my later life.
