Feite accompanies me to grow up

I still remember the first time when I came into Wuhan Feite Electric Co., Ltd's vacuum interrupter warehouse. There are so many "bottles" neatly put into the holes on the trucks, laid several layers. Really quite spectacular. While, looked at the brazing room, wow, the production equipments are even more impressive, they were installed in one line, different flashing signals on the equipment panels shows these equipments were running well. Everything in the brazing room was clean and tidy. Workers there wore anti-static closes and masks. All makes the brazing room like a laboratory or hospital. So, it can be seen that the "bottles" are quite demanding products with some technologies. While, looked the other production and testing processes, they were all strange and new to me too. Next, i went through roughly the components warehouse, soldering material workshop, vacuum embedded pole casting workshop etc. I knew some things new for the "bottles".

So, the "bottles" is called vacuum interrupters. It is a kind of protective devices, which can be used for vacuum circuit breaker, vacuum load break switch, vacuum contator etc....Mr. Zhang, the one who was showing me the products and teaching some professional information were still speaking something, while I was still confused and not quite understand about the products. I thought I will get to know these products and its application in the coming battle. No matter how many theories you knew, you will know better when in real applications. Suddenly i thought of a sentence, "we are oversea salesman, will sell all the products that we have" ,one of predecessor and colleague said before. That's is quite right. So, whatever, I thought I just do it firstly. And most important I have a strong technology backup. So why afraid? Now as you seen, I am an oversea sales of Wuhan Feite Electric Co., Ltd.

In the coming time, I started the oversea business. On one side, I am studying the product information, know better the product designing, technical information; on the other side, I am using different browsers and keeps on sending mails to potential customers; register different instant communication software, call them from time to time, get acquaintance with different countries and customers' custom, keep in touch with customers, learning business and trade information, watching international currency exchange rate and risks of the foreign currencies. I was so excited to get customer's enquiries every time. I cherish them very much, and replied carefully with caution. However, it is really great disappoint when customer rejected my proposal or recommend products. Just like quenching the big fire by water splashing. Well, I am not that easily defeated, maybe customer will need our products in the near future. So I just keeping on follow, never give up until the very end. Even now, I still want to laugh when I remember one customer was said, " please don't send me mails any more, and delete my mail ID from your system". Am I really pushed customer so hard?  

I sustained such kind of situation for a time. Finally, I got the first order since I had joined in Wuhan Feite Electric Co., Ltd. Now, when looked back, you can see, it is because my insistence and fortune. And it is greatly witness my efforts. I had invited several times, the big boss of customer's company finally came and viewed our vacuum interrupter factory. The boss is quite satisfied with our production lines and quality control system of our product. So when he returned back, he gave us a trail order. What a big order! He ordered 450 numbers 12kv vacuum interrupters for trail initially and paid immediately. You know, usually customer only take a few number samples and test them very carefully again and again. So I was take very care about that customer, I looked all the things carefully about the trail order and do whatever I can to ensure the order can be delivered smoothly. I replied customer on time, answer all the questions they asked. We cooperate very well since that trail order. Now that customer is become one of the big customers and placed lot of orders to us.

The trail order greatly encouraged me. I was more confident about the oversea markets. Boss gave me great support as well, he encouraged us to go aboard and be international. The company bought new office for foreign business department at C6 Building, Wanda Plaza, WEDZ, Wuhan. The foreign business department have better working environment and atmosphere. More and more people joined us, and we started international exhibitions as well, USA,INDIA, RUSSIA, GERMANY,TURKEY,INDONISIYA,UAE, BRAZIL etc. you can see Wuhan Feite everywhere. The staffs also go out aboard to visiting customers. The company also bought custom data, built foreign language website. Through different ways and methods to explore and penetrate into oversea markets. Gradually, the oversea business is better and better, more and more customers start to hear, to know and to  cooperate with Feite. Wuhan Feite has more and more global customers. Until now, Feite has exported its products to 16 countries. And start to cooperate with global well-known enterprises.

Now Wuhan Feite built the vacuum interrupter production lines for the production capacity of 500,000 numbers per year. It has full sets production and testing equipments and facilities. The vacuum interrupter range is cover all the medium voltage products. Except that, we also have vacuum interrupter components, vacuum circuit breaker, vacuum soldering material, vacuum embedded pole productions. So it can be seen that Wuhan Feite have full rang production line. It can supply most of the components by itself. That will greatly improve Feite's market competitiveness. Wuhan Feite will be on a higher level in the coming future and its foreign trade business will getting better and better too.
