Feite and me grow up together

Time flies, I have been in Wuhan Feite Group for four years when I write down this article, four years time is not long nor short.

 

In these four years, the company persistently sticks to synchronization of management innovation and technical innovation, do not only constantly expand sales network, but also introduce modern management pattern, and ceaselessly promote, optimize management structure, keep the quality commitments to customers, and ceaselessly offer perfect service to all customers. Four years ago, the annual output of 300 thousand vacuum interrupters increased to more than 500 thousand today, and maintained steady growth

 

These four years, because of the company's humanized system, I also successfully passed the most important period of my life.

 

When I graduated, I chose to go to the south, and chose the overseas trade industry.  I spent three years in Shenzhen, a city which has the highest mobility, from a freshman grew up to be an independent industry insiders. But for all sorts of reasons, finally I chose to return home. On the occasion of the return, my heart was actually a little disturbed, I was afraid that I couldn’t adapt to the different overseas trade environment. I remember the first time to the factory for the interview, the interviewer was amiable and easy of approach, he was not as serious as my imagination. I was so surprised when I knew that the interviewer is our Mr Zhang, I thought the company atmosphere must be very relaxed and harmonious because of they had such a boss. I suddenly grew a lot of confidence, resolutely chose to join the Feite Group super family after listened to his description of employee’s benefits and the development of the overseas trade. Facts have proved that my feelings was not wrong, the colleagues are very friendly, we get along very well.

 

The overseas industry has its particularity, everything starts from the beginning because of the differentiated products , vacuum interrupters and related products are highly technical and highly threshold, of course has the different customer groups. Daily use search engines to search for potential customers on the Internet, because most of the email address hanging on the websites is a public mailbox, the development letter basically no reply, I still insist to write tracking email and send product information monthly, it is not bad to receive a read receipt, After a while, there was no feedback, no progress, and frustration grew stronger, when I am not going to insist on, I receive a customer inquiry message. Although it is only a sample order, at least it is a good start, giving me the motivation to stick to it.

 

After a variety of ways to develop overseas customers, I collected some customer resources slowly, if not persist, you will never see the customers whose development cycle for up to two or three years, because of the competitive price, favorable payment terms and perfect delivery time provided by the company, some customers have directly turned our "spare tire" status into his only vacuum interrupter supplier in China. Orders also increased substantially, all thanks to the flexible mechanism of the company.

 

Foreign trade road is endless, but I will continue to work hard, I hope I can repay the company with better performance one day, keep pace with the development of Feite, and live up to what our leaders expect of us.
