Wuhan Feite Electric Group bidded with takeover Wuhan BT Hi-tech Co.,Ltd which was belongs to China railway fourth exploration and design institute group co., LTD of China railway construction corporation and held all state shares in China Beijing Equity Exchange on August 16, 2017 successfully,and signed the equity transfer contract on September 26th, paid all the transfer cost  on October 12.At the same time, the contract was approved and took effect by the state-owned assets supervision and administration commission of the state council and China securities regulatory commission and other relevant departments.Wuhan BT Hi-tech Co.,Ltd become Wuhan Feite Electric Group subsidiary from now on.

After the acquisition, Wuhan Feite Electric Group realized the industry expansion from the power industry to the railway industry, the products realized the extension from the  vacuum electrical products to the communication products, the overall sales scale will be increased by almost 50%.

Feite Group will take the acquisition opportunities to expand the industry space, expand the size of the market, to make the contribution for the power industry and railway industries .
