Growing up with Feite regardless of hardship

That hot summer, I joined in Feite Electric Group, became a member of Foreign trade department to start my new career journey. It always needs some time to adjust to a new surroundings, I have already experienced it. A new working environment, a new corporate culture, a new market demand etc. When I first came here, so afraid to me was a new surroundings that I had to fight with myself every day.

The gear of time is non-stop. As the days passed, along the way, so many touching moment and grateful things to accompany me.

Innumerable days and nights elaborately carving, numerous Feite people  struggle. Any details are devoted effort. This is the promise of the product. The company persistently sticks to synchronization of management of management innovation and technical innovation. We do only constantly expand sales network ,but also introduce modern management pattern, and ceaselessly promote, optimize management structure. We will keep the quality commitments to customers, and ceaselessly offer perfect service to all customers. Feite believes that we will have a brighter future! Here, I see a sense of responsibility and mission of enterprise ,see a own attitude and warmth of enterprise. Consider all from the user’s perspective.

Sweet your perspiration, it is the fruit of summery labor. All of Feite  people create products through focused on even the smallest detail. We always communicate with clients honestly in order to get trust and reach a long-term cooperation. There is also a good reputation about after-sale service about Feite electric group, because any problems of products  always are solved quickly from the root at the first time, we pay more attention the after-sale service.

Sometimes, let me understand the experience of another life when visited workshop and talked with master workers, everyone is worthy of our admiration. They work hard in their own jobs year after year. Perhaps, for  most of the Feite employees ,they are ordinary people in obscurity, without amazing achievement and numerous accolades, usually, they are not good at words and never brag. They never consider that they have made big contribution for the company. Everyday, start and finish work on schedule, obey discipline, have both feet on the ground, hard work, finish work frequently and regularly, ordinary work just be like the small grass, here it is Feite people. They make me know about clinging pursuit which respect their career and love their job. every detail of product is controlled by them. An expanding Feite depend on every Feite people’s effort, it makes Feite electric group win a place in competitive market.

Many thanks for the company to provide the such good opportunity and  platform in order to develop and transcend myself. During my first time to join the Feite, there are so many things about foreign trade to learn because of without any experience. Fortunately, leaders are approachable, colleagues are also very helpful, so there are always easy and comfortable working atmosphere, everybody help each other. Each of us is trying to contribute our power for Feite developing. Feite insists on competing in the stimulation in order to explore the everyone’s potential. In a word, ability is most important in Feite Electric Group. Anyone can share wealth with Feite Electric Group together as long as you have ability.

Feite is kind to every employee ,only if you have done well,you will be given corresponding reward. Of course, Feite also pay more very client, concerning new product’s  development and funding, our leader support it without hesitation as long as it can meets clients’s requirement, we never make clients disappointed. In market research, the company pay much money to let employees go abroad for a visit and study in order to develop overseas markets preferable. During production process, leaders supervise personally the workers, A drawing always is revised for many times, the purpose is to reach a the most reasonable and most perfectly plan for our clients . Leaders always visited workshop to guide personally the workers .

Feite is just such a rational, feeling and temperature of enterprise, let me unputdownable. Everyday ,compete with time to be your Personal Best.

Looking back at the several years which experience the common fate of breathing and the same development of adversity. I feel all the time "ingenious manufacturing, quality first" spirit is not just as empty as a slogan simple and easy, it contains all Feite people mission and dream, that is all Feite people specified pledge and action formed in the much practice with condensate. It is also youth, dedication, inheritance from generation to generation and glory from the ordinary achievement.

Mountain tells me that there will always be rough on the journey, the sea tells me that there will always be wavy in the voyage.

Be farewell today, we stand a new starting point. Look forward tomorrow, we will shape more magnificent poems by struggle. New blueprints bring us new longing, new goals depict our new career journey. In the years to come, I would like to hack our ways through difficulties and create brilliant future with the Feite together!
